These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display our products accurately, however:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
- Product descriptions may be updated without notice
We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. All prices include shipping Australia wide.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Orders
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Orders cannot always be modified or cancelled after processing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, for example in cases of suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept secure payments via credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, and other listed providers available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site including branding, images, text, and logos is owned by Puddle Paws Collective and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Puddle Paws Collective is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for misuse of our products. Our blankets are designed for comfort and general use and should be used appropriately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During launches or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. We ship Australia wide on every order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your blanket every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery and additional fees may apply for reshipping. Please double check your details before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and photos where applicable and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
At Puddle Paws Collective, we are committed to supporting animals in need.
A portion of every order contributes toward donations of blankets and support to animal welfare organisations. Donation quantities and timing may vary based on sales volume.
