We did not set out to build a brand. We set out to find something that did not exist yet. Something beautiful enough for your home, tough enough for your pet, and made with enough care that buying it actually meant something.

We have always had animals. Growing up, as adults, always. If you know, you know. There is a particular kind of person who would rather spend a Sunday on the floor with a dog than just about anywhere else. Who sees an animal and feels something shift. Who has, on more than one occasion, been told they prefer animals to people.

We wear that as a badge of honour.

PuddlePaws was born out of a very simple frustration: the products available for pets were either purely functional with no thought given to how they looked in your home, or decorative with no thought given to how they would hold up to actual life with an actual animal. Muddy paws. Wet fur. Beach trips. Back seats. The reality of sharing your life and your space with a creature who does not care about your soft furnishings.

So we built it. A waterproof luxury blanket made from sustainable materials, designed to look as good draped across your sofa as it does shoved in the back of the car after a swim. Something you would genuinely choose to have in your home, not just tolerate.

Getting here took time. Sourcing materials that met our standards. Finding manufacturing partners who shared our values. Making sure the product was everything we promised before we asked anyone else to trust it.

We are not here to tell you we are changing the world. We are just two people who love animals deeply, spotted a gap, and decided to fill it with something worth having. Something made with care, sold with purpose, and designed to last.
