Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Puddle Paws Collective is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postal carriers
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please reach out and we will assist where we can.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and we will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged or faulty goods, at the discretion of the Puddle Paws Collective team.

• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or washed products
• Items not in their original condition
